Toney Family Backyard Resort — Complete!

From construction zone to backyard resort in just eight weeks!

The Toney Family project is officially complete, and this transformation is one we’re especially proud of. JP Nichols Construction took this backyard from the ground up and created a custom outdoor living space designed for entertaining, relaxing, and making the most of every season.

The finished project features a custom pool and pool house, swim-up bar, sunken outdoor kitchen, covered entertaining area, stone fireplace, hardscaping, and landscaping—all designed to flow together as one incredible backyard retreat.

And the best part? From start to finish, this project came together in approximately eight weeks. Not too bad!

Built for Outdoor Living

Every detail of this project was designed around how the Toney family wanted to use their backyard. The swim-up bar connects the pool directly to the sunken outdoor kitchen, while the pool house provides a comfortable covered space for gathering out of the sun.

Add in the stone fireplace, spacious pool deck and finished landscaping, and the result is a backyard that feels more like a private resort.
