JP Nichols Custom Homes, Inc. is a family-owned and operated company serving the Athens and Milledgeville communities. Phil and Lisa Nichols formed JP Nichols Construction back in 1996. Phil and Lisa married in December of 1993 and have 3 children, Hailen, Makayla, and Alisa with two son-in-laws Adam and Eric, and a grandchild Adalynn. Also in our Family and company are Shane and Brandi Peavey and their first Child Levy. We have built our business on integrity and competitive business practices for our customers. We work hard to give the attention and detail required to give our customers their needs. We work directly with architects to help our clients needs no matter the size of job to get a professional job and vision. In short, we have the knowledge and experience to deliver the many needs of our clients at a high and professional level.
Phil is focused on building relationships and delivering a product to all of our clients while his wife Lisa is over accounting and payables and does all the pool designs. Shane and Eric work in the day to day roles working with subs and customers to deliver a great product.
